Service Description

PetReveal AI provides AI-powered pet breed identification from photos, pet profile management, health record tracking, food safety guidance, and care reminders. Breed identification, symptom triage, and food safety guidance use artificial intelligence and provide estimates only. Results are for informational purposes and should not replace professional veterinary advice, emergency care, or poison-control guidance.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require an auto-renewable subscription, PetReveal AI Premium, offered in the following options:

Monthly — a 1-month subscription, billed monthly.
Annual — a 12-month subscription, billed yearly.

The exact price for each option is shown clearly on the purchase screen inside the app before you confirm, in your local currency. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload inappropriate or harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer the app, misuse the AI services, or use PetReveal AI as a substitute for emergency veterinary care.

Limitations

PetReveal AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee breed identification accuracy, food safety classification accuracy, uninterrupted service, or that guidance will catch every medical or safety issue. Always consult a veterinarian for health concerns or possible toxin exposure.
